About Online Enrollments and Facilities
Online Enrollments and Facilities Module has been designed
and developed to facilitate online management and updation of gender-wise,
category-wise, class-wise enrollment in various the schools of State. The module also allows the schools to
register and manage the demands of
various assistance/facilities being provided by the State Government to students
like Free Textbooks, Cycles, School Uniform and Scholarship.
The above data can be consolidated and analysed at various administrative
levels i.e. Jan Shiksha Kendra, Block, District and State for appropiate facilitative
action and effective monitoring. The Module shall also facilitate proper and transparent implementation
of welfare schemes being run by Government for the school children.
Reasons for decrease in enrollment can be analyzed and tracked using the portal. Live enrollment position also facilitate timely, accurate, transparent and efficient distribution of assistance like free textbooks, Uniforms, bicycles, Scholarships etc that are required for achieving the RTE mandate of universal enrollment and retention.
It also allows in fulfilling the objective of SSA i.e 'Bridging social and gender category gaps in enrollment.
It also allows in meting the RTE Act requirements i.e. The State has to ensure child belonging to weaker sections and child belonging to disadvantaged group are not discriminated against and prevented from pursuing and completing elementary education on any grounds.
Gender-wise and category-wise position of enrollment on the portal facilitates the timely facilitation of various benefits to Girls and Children from socially and economically disadvantage groups.
This system helps the government in posting of teachers as per the enrollment and specified PTR norms of SSA and RTE and provide infrastructure, facilities and benefits accordingly.
RTI Act - Transparency, Accountability, facilitation of Social Audit and Community Ownership - All information and analytical reports related to enrollment, adherence to PTR norms, distribution of the assistance to children etc. is available on the portal as per the requirement of Sec. 4 of RTI Act.
पोर्टल पर नामांकन की डाटा एन्ट्री के चरण -
नामांकन प्रपत्र 15 जुलाई तथा 30 सितम्बर की स्थिति मे अर्थात वर्ष मे 2 बार भरा जाना
है.
- चरण – 1 बी आर सी सी द्वारा जिला शिक्षा केन्द्र से अथवा पोर्टल से डाउनलोड
करके नामांकन प्रपत्र जन शिक्षको को उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा..
- चरण – 2 जन शिक्षको द्वारा शालाओ मे पहुच कर प्रधानाध्यापको को प्रपत्र पहुचाया
जायेगा. प्रधानाध्यापक 15 जुलाई/30 सितम्बर् की स्थिति मे निर्धारित प्रपत्र मे दर्ज
बच्चो की जांनकारी भरी जायेगी. जन शिक्षक भरे हुए प्रपत्र शाला से एकत्र करेंगे एवम
जांनकारी का मिलान विद्यालय के अभिलेख व भौतिक सत्यापन द्वारा करेंगे .
- चरण – 3 जन शिक्षक शालाओ से एकत्र किये गये नामांकन के प्रपत्र की जानकारी स्वयम
के यूनिक आई डी तथा पासवर्ड के द्वारा एजुकेशन पोर्टल पर दर्ज करेंगे एवम शाला से प्राप्त
प्रपत्र ( जिसमे जन शिक्षक तथा शाला के प्रधानाध्यापक के हस्ताक्षर होंगे) स्कैन कर
पोर्टल पर अपलोड भी करेंगे. यह ध्यान दिया जाये कि जिस यूनिक आई डी तथा पासवर्ड के
द्वारा एजुकेशन पोर्टल पर नामंकन दर्ज की गई है, उसी यूनिक आई डी तथा पासवर्ड द्वारा
स्कैन की जानकारी पोर्टल पर अपलोड होगी.
- चरण – 4 अपलोड करने के बाद पोर्टल से नामांकन की रिपोर्ट प्राप्त करेंगे तथा
इस रिपोर्ट को शाला से प्राप्त नामांकन की जानकारी के साथ संग्लग्न कर विकासखंड स्रोत
समन्यवयक को प्रस्तुत करेंगे. यदि 30 सितम्बर की स्थिति मे जानकारी प्रेषित की जा रही
है तो डाइस डाटा से मिलान होना सुनिश्चित किया जाये.
- चरण – 5 जन शिक्षक द्वारा अपलोड किये गये नामांकन का विकासखंड स्रोत समन्यवयक
द्वारा पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध डाटा से मिलान किया जायेगा. मिलान/सत्यापन उपरांत विकासखंड
स्रोत समन्यवयक द्वारा नामांकन का डाटा लाक किया जायेगा. डाटा लाक करने के पश्चात इसमे
कोइ भी संशोधन नही हो सकेगा. डाटा के सत्यापन मे किसी भी प्रकार से अंतर पाये जाने
पर सम्बन्धित के विरुद्ध कार्यवाई की जायेगी.
