But other than that attachement one more thing i want to state that ..... What is the benefit of asking new book list from private school every year. If Government honestly wanted to stop the use of Private Publications books by pivate schools, than Govt should ban the private printing presses and their published books.And Publishers. Secondly Govt. should increase their books quality and contain (Syllabus) of their govt.(state & NCERT) books to the lavel of private publication with low price rates. Govt is not doing any thing but only compel private schools to ban private books ,This way Govt only playing double Game with us. Just like Production of ceggarates, govt Do not Stop its production but give strict warning to not smoke by publishing cancer pictures over it. Teachers के अलग अलग केडर को ख़त्म कर एक केडर बनाया जाना चाहिए! तभी शिक्षक मन से अपने कर्त्तव्य का निर्वहन कर पाएंगे ! और RTE २००९ का सपना फलीभूत हो पायेगा ! अन्यथा केवल बजट और धन की बर्बादी ही होगी ! क्योकि RTE २००९ में शिक्षक एक अनिवार्य कड़ी है !17/03/2012

50 kl vermakl_verma@rediffmail.com9826799465in accordance with the provisions of RTE Act 2009,25% free admissions were given in 2011-2012 Some students' attendance is less than 70% and names of these student does not appear in the proposal submitted for reimbursement. Refers annexure I as generated from the portal after locking the attendence by the school. These astudents are to be promoted to the next higher class but the school may not get the reimbursement of fee for such students. This anomoly need to be reconsidered and sui corrective measure to be taken so as to safeguard the interest of student and the school aswell. My sugestion is given below :- Each case need to be considered on its merit i.e. reason for less attendence,perfomance grading of the child,and attendence of the child in the whole session and not upto Dec end etc.12/03/2012
