Analysis of Village Education Survey covering all families of the State

Out of School Children (OOSC) Identified during the Survey and Registered for Bridging/Mainstreaming/Enrollment- As per RTE the Goverment has to  ensure 100% Enrollment of all children in  5-14 years age group. The out of School Children are identified  during the family level survey are registered on the portal. The portal facilitates a meachnism to ensure that all  the OOSC are mainstreamed. Data collected from  various modules of the portal is being mashed to generate the reports that shall help  the government in mainstreaming the OOSc and thusimplement the intentions of RTE Act.

Availability of Schools to facilitate Access to Education - As per RTE the Goverment has to ensure a Primary school with in 1 KM radius and Middle School in 3 KM radius of all the habitation of the State to ensure 100% Enrollment. Data collected from  various modules of the portal is being mashed to generate the reports that shall help  the government in planning the opening and shifting schools to implement the intentions of RTE Act.

Bridiging Social and Gender category Gaps in Enrollment -   As per RTE the Goverment has to  ensure  that child belonging to weaker sections and disadvantaged group are not discriminated against and prevented from pursuing and completing elementary education on any grounds. The portal has various modules to facilitate and ensure the timely distribuitions of various assistance like textboks, Uniforms, scholarships etc  so as to ensure the implementation of the RTE Act 2009.

Ensuring Attendance of Children, completion of elementary education by every child of the age of six to fourteen years by micro-level monitoring of Academic Achievement levels of Children in Monthly Subject Wise Tests --As per RTE the Goverment has to

• Ensure quality elementary education conforming to the standards and norms specified in the schedule

The portal generates following reports that  helps in the compliance of the intentions of the RTE Act 2009

• Analysis of Attendance of Students in Monthly Tests- Districts, Block Wise, School Wise 

Teachers that are likely to be NOT Teaching and engaged in the Non-Teaching Activities  -As per RTE the Goverment has to  ensure  that the teachers should nopt be engaged for non-teaching functions. The Portal uses the data iof the payroll and monthly tests to identify the teachers  that are likely to be engaged in the non-teaching functions. This allows the government to take proactive action against such teachers and complaince of RTE norms.
