Aim: This report shall generate the list of the primary and middle schools where surplus teachers are posted and rationalization of teachers is required for the optimal utilization of the Human Resources and facilitate adequate number of teachers in all the schools as per the RTE norms.

Logic of the Report: The report use the enrollment data available on the portal and the teachers number has been calculated from the online payroll system. The requirement analysis has been done as per the RTE norms.

Use of the Report: The report should be used by District Administrators for rationalizing the posting of teachers. Surplus teachers can be shifted in the schools where sufficient teachers are not available as per the norms.
