The Right of Children To Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009
The Act notifies that it is a legally enforceable duty of the Centre and the States to provide free and compulsory education.
Online portal to facilitate effective implementation of The RTE Act in Madhya Pradesh
          Welcome to online portal to facilitate the effective implementation of the RTE Act, 2009 in Madhya Pradesh. The portal includes an online work flow system that has been designed and developed with the objective to automate the processes involved in granting recognition of Non Government Schools Under The RTE, Act 2009 in a transparent manner. All non-government schools have to use this system to apply online for the recognition under The RTE, Act 2009. They can also track the status of their applications and download the recognition certificate online. This system shall facilitate the faster disposal of applications in a transparent manner and minimize delays at various levels as the details of the pendency at all levels shall be available online. The applications along with complete details of all schools including their infrastructure, facilities, fees being charged, staff profile, photographs and all related documents shall also be available online to public for social audit. The schools and public shall also be able to view the remarks made by the inspecting authority and the reasons of rejection and objection, if any. All schools shall get a login/password after the registration of their profile. After basic registration, the school will have to enter all mandatory details and then send the complete application with all required documents to BRCC who is ex-officio Block Elementary Education Officer (BEEO). After sending to BRCC, editing of the application forms shall not be possible. Schools will have to generate the print-out of the application from the portal and submit it to the concerned officer for further necessary action. Scanned copies of all the required supporting documents also need to be uploaded. No action shall be taken on applications that are incomplete in any respect.
Private schools will also register the profile and attendance of students that have been admitted under RTE Act 2009 so that the government can reimburse the fee to the school in a timely and transparent manner.

निःशुल्क और अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2009 के अंतर्गत प्रदेश में संचालित कक्षा 1-8 तक के समस्त गैर शासकीय विद्यालयों के पंजीयन एवं मान्यता प्रदान करने, स्कूल मे आरटीई के अंतर्गत दर्ज छात्रों के ऑनलाइन पंजीयन तथा उनकी फीस की स्कूल को प्रतिपूर्ति की प्रक्रिया को ऑनलाईन किया जा रहा है। इस प्रक्रिया में विकास खण्ड प्रारंभिक शिक्षा अधिकारी एवं जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी को निरीक्षण उपरांत आवश्यक प्रविष्टयां ऑनलाईन रूप से अपने स्वयं के पासवर्ड से करना होगी।
